W210 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and w210 ("Company", "we", "platform") governing your use of the w210 website, mobile application, and all services provided by w210 in Malaysia. Account Information

Technical Disruptions

7Prohibited Conduct & Activities

The following behaviours and activities are strictly prohibited on the w210 platform. Any violation of the items below may result in immediate account suspension or closure, along with forfeiture of any balance or winnings:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Using the w210 platform while you are on an active self-exclusion programme.
• Bonus abuse through wagering methods designed to manipulate wagering requirements.
• Any form of collusion, cheating, or match manipulation.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage w210's systems or infrastructure.
• Depositing funds into a w210 account using illegally obtained money.
• Money laundering through the w210 platform.

8Account Suspension & Closure

W210 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide the required identity verification documents.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.
• At the member's own request to close their account.

If an account is closed at the member's own request and no Terms violation has occurred, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member within a reasonable timeframe via the same payment method used for the last deposit.

Account Closure Appeal

If you believe your account has been suspended or closed unfairly, you may submit a written appeal to support@w210.site within 30 days of the suspension or closure notice. w210 will review every appeal impartially and provide a response within 14 business days.

9Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, w210 and any of its directors, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from:

• Use of, or inability to use, the w210 platform.
• Any disruption, delay, or error in platform operations.
• Any inaccuracies or errors in information provided on the platform.
• Loss of winnings due to unavoidable technical errors.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

10Privacy & Data Protection
